10,000 psi Digital Pressure Gauge

The purpose of the PRESSURE-1723 ILC/PT is to give organizations an opportunity to demonstrate their proficiency (e.g., use of appropriate equipment, procedures, ability to follow instructions) in the calibration of a Digital Pressure Gauge.  This particular cage can use both types of media to drive the internal mechanisms.

Participants are asked to make 9 pressure measurements from 0 to 10,000 psi in ascending and descending set points. The resolution of the digital artifact is 1 psi. Pressure medium - use only clean, dry non-corrosive gases (pneumatic). The manufacturer specification for artifact accuracy is 0.1% FS (FS = 10,000 psi).

Participants are expected to be familiar with and have appropriate lab equipment and measurement uncertainties for calibrating similar devices.

Pressure medium - use only clean, dry non-corrosive gases (pneumatic). The manufacturer specification for artifact accuracy is 0.1% FS (FS = 1,000 psi).

Participants are expected to be familiar with and have appropriate lab equipment and measurement uncertainties for calibrating similar devices.

Participants are expected to be familiar with and have appropriate lab equipment and measurement uncertainties for calibrating similar devices.

25 psia Pressure Indicator

The primary purpose of the PRESSURE-1423 ILC/PT is to determine the appropriateness and effectiveness of the participant's methods, procedures, training and measurement uncertainty calculations relating to the measurement of Absolute pressures.

Participants will use their lab practices to perform 17 measurements across absolute & barometric pressure. Measurement values will be appropriate for the calibration of similar devices.

Participants are expected to be familiar with the operation and calibration of pressure indicators, have all necessary auxiliary equipment to support the measurement, and have measurement uncertainties appropriate for calibrating similar devices.

The PRESSURE-1318 ILC-PT program is intended to provide a means for laboratories to validate their calibration practice on a 1000 psi Pressure Transducer.

Participants are asked to make 10 measurements from 0 to 900 psig. This transducer has an uncertainty range of 0.006 psi on the lower part of the range to 0.22 psi at the higher end. Resolution is 0.001 psig.

Bi-Directional Pressure Gauge

The primary purpose of the PRESSURE-715 ILC/PT is to determine the appropriateness and effectiveness of the participant's methods, procedures, training and measurement uncertainty calculations relating to the measurement of bi-directional (compound) pressures.  

Potential participants could select this ILC/PT if their goals in participating include; demonstrating competency in the calibration of bi-directional pressure with a reference uncertainty of 0.010% of span, and validating the participant’s CMC stated on their Scope of Accreditation.

10K psi Transducer (Hydraulic)

The PRESSURE-302 ILC-PT is intended to provide a means for laboratories to validate their Hydraulic Pressure calibration practices over a range of 10 to 70 MPa (approximately 1459 to 10,153 psi).

This transducer provides the laboratory an opportunity to demonstrate calibration in the metric equivalent, Mpa. The manufacturer specification for the artifact within the test range is 0.004 to 0.009 MPa depending upon set point.

The intent of the PRESSURE-211 ILC/PT is to provide a means for participant laboratories to determine the appropriateness and effectiveness of participant practices, training and measurement uncertainty calculations relating to the calibration of a 1000 psi Digital Pressure Gauge.

Participants are asked to make a series of ten pneumatic pressure measurements between 100 and 1000 psi. The artifact resolution is 0.1 psi. The artifact accuracy specification is 0.1% FS from 20 to 100% of Full Scale, and 0.02% FS from 0 to 20% of Full Scale.

Compound Gauge

The intent of the PRESSURE/VAC-111 ILC/PT is to provide a means for the participant laboratory to determine the appropriateness and effectiveness of participant practices, training, and measurement uncertainty calculations relating to the measurement of Pressure and Vacuum.  

This kit contains a compound Pressure/Vacuum Gauge. Participants will be asked to make 5 Pressure measurements between 5 and 30 psi, as well as 5 Vacuum measurements between 5 and 25 inHg on a digital gauge having 0.01 psi resolution.
