Eagan, MN, September 25, 2024 – The National Association for Proficiency Testing (NAPT), the most trusted name in the metrology community for providing administration, development, software tools, and support for interlaboratory comparisons, is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Mistretta as its new Technical Manager.
Mistretta brings over 35 years of experience in the metrology field to NAPT, having held various roles in field service, laboratory calibration, management, project management, and corporate metrology. His extensive background includes performing technical audits, developing calibration procedures and training programs, and providing metrology consulting services.
As Technical Manager, Mistretta will oversee NAPT's technical operations, including developing new proficiency testing programs, data analysis, and customer support. He will also play a key role in maintaining and improving NAPT's quality system and contributing to the organization's strategic growth.
