NAPT is pleased to announce its reaccreditation to the ISO 17043 standard – Conformity Assessment – General Requirements for Proficiency Testing.
For years, NAPT has been sharing with their customers all about the QMS Navigator software and how it exceeds requirements for proficiency testing providers. This has once again been reaffirmed through the accreditation process, where demonstration of NAPT’s ILC analysis and reporting features amazed the assessors and elicited comments like, “never seen anything so robust” and “best analysis package in the proficiency testing community”.
NAPT takes pride in providing the best proficiency testing services and tools to the metrology community. We work to continuously improve the customer experience at NAPT by:
- Improving the Customer Portal, putting more information at the customer’s fingertips
- Adding new products that simplify and satisfy customer needs
- Enhancing the NAPT Help Desk to anticipate and answer customer questions
NAPT staff started their careers in the metrology lab and understand the needs of their clientele. We understand accreditation requirements and the need for compliance to the ISO 17025 standard.
