The intent of this ILC/PT is to provide a means for the participant to determine the appropriateness and effectiveness of participant practices, training, and measurement uncertainty relating to testing and calibration of 7.5 Digit Graphical Sampling Multimeters. Participants will generate known Direct and Low-frequency Signals and report the observed artifact readings. Participants will generate known AC voltage, and AC Current signals and report the observed artifact indications. This ILC/PT Kit contains a 7.5-digit DMM. Participants will use their lab practices to perform 15 measurements.
11 x AC Voltage Measurement (10 mV to 700 V) @ (20 Hz to 300 kHz)
4 x AC Current Measurements (1 mA to 1 A) @ (1 kHz to 5 kHz)
Participants are expected to be familiar with testing and calibration of 7.5 Digit Multimeters, have appropriate lab equipment and have measurement uncertainties appropriate for testing and calibration of similar devices.
